Introduction

  • Assemble at T2 terminal to meet your group and board your flight for Cape Welcome to South Africa!!!
  • Upon arrival in Cape Town, proceed to clear customs and immigrations, board your coach and proceed to Rockefeller Hotel & Residence for check in (Standard Check in time at hotel is 16:00 Hrs, however early check in depending on the Hotel Availability).
  • Rest of the evening is free for leisure.

  • After breakfast at hotel, proceed for a full day tour of Cape Peninsula The last time that the Peninsula was an island was about 1.5 million years ago. Soon afterwards it was joined to the mainland by the emergence from the sea of the sandy area which includes Cape of Good Hope Their proximity to the coastline makes them prone to natural forms of erosion, mainly tidal actions. Cape Point section of the park is wild, unspoiled, and undeveloped and is an important haven for seabirds & Hout Bay.
  • Enjoy Cruise to Seal Island an outcrop of the Cape granite and rises no more than about four to six metres above the high tide mark to view Seals & Sea Birds. (Weather Permitting).
  • Later enjoy Picnic lunch. Post Lunch we proceed to Cape Point by Funicular taking the Flying Dutchman funicular saves visitors an uphill walk from the car park to see the old lighthouse and enjoy the panoramic views. The Flying Dutchman.

  • Our first halt after a 2-hour drive will be World Famous Cango Caves you will find the finest dripstone caverns, with their vast halls and towering formations.

  • Post lunch, drive to Cheetah Ranch for encounters with cheetah And Lemurs.

Payments favouring Travel Ties as per below:

  1. INR 1,60,000 non – refundable deposit at the time of booking to be paid by Cheque or RTGS / NEFT on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
  2. Land Portion to be paid on the Name of “TRAVELTIES HOLIDAYS.”
  3. Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
  4. Forex portion to be paid 35 days prior to the date of departure.
  • Passengers having excess baggage of more than 20 Kgs check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. Hand luggage of 07 Kgs per person is allowed.
  • All passengers must carry 01 kitchen (18 kgs) bag per couple which shall be handed over at Mumbai airport, to be checked in & collected at destination and hand over to the tour leader upon arrival.
  • The temperature in New Zealand during May will be between 8 to 15 degrees. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency (NZD). Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
  • All the traveller’s must clear all their respective payments 35 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before checking out.
  • Tap water is safe in New Zealand. We will not be providing with drinking water during journey

  • Children under 18 years old require carrying Original Unabridged Birth Certificate which shows both parents details while travelling to/from South This is compulsory requirement by South African government which will be verified at airports. For if any 01-parent travelling, NOC required by non-travelling parent, if deceased death certificate required of deceased parent. All parents / legal guardians of children under 18 years old must visit the South African embassy in Mumbai for verification / checks / concern form has to be signed by both parents in presence of the consular at the consulate, this formality is solely traveller’s responsibility. The concern form given by the consulate must be carried along while travelling to South Africa. Any travel expenses incurred to reach consulate for this formality has to be borne by the clients.
  • Minimum 02 blank pages are required while travel to South Africa. Minimum 20 days are taken by the South African consulate to issues visas in the high season. Once passport & documents are submitted to Travel Ties, it takes about 2-3 working days to process and apply the visas. Travelers without requisite passport pages may be denied entering the PS if you have chosen to add on Kenya & Livingstone more blank pages are required for visas & stamping.
