2. First, we request for each Passenger’s valid Passport Copy to confirm the booking.
3. Next, a non-refundable booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
4. Please note that the balance payment remains due 25 days before the selected departure date, irrespective of the status of the visa application – whether approved, under process, or not yet submitted.
• Passengers carrying more than 20 kg of checked baggage will be required to pay the applicable excessbaggage charges directly to the airline or airport authorities. Hand baggage allowance is limited to 7 kg per person.
• Each couple / family must carry one kitchen bag, which will be handed over at Mumbai Airport for checkin. It must be collected at the destination and handed to the tour leader upon arrival.
• During May, temperatures in Australia range from 8°C to 15°C. Passengers are advised to carry a jacket or sweater suitable for this weather.
• Any sightseeing not included in the itinerary must be paid for locally in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unused services, facilities, sightseeing, or tours are non-refundable.
• Any personal room expenses, including drinks, snacks, beverages, television channels, bathroom water overflow, or damage to the room, will be charged to the guest’s room account and must be settled before check-out.
• Tap water in Australia is safe for consumption. Drinking water will not be provided during journeys or flights; however, water will be provided during meals only.
• TravelTies cannot guarantee adjacent or connecting rooms.
• Room allocation is entirely at the discretion of the hotel. TravelTies is not responsible for the allocation of rooms.
• TravelTies is not responsible for room sizes. Standard hotel rooms in most countries range from 18 to 20 square metres.
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any advertised departure or excursion. For the convenience of passengers, the itinerary may be modified when necessary.
• No refunds will be given for services or attractions voluntarily not used during the tour.
• TravelTies shall not be held responsible for any loss of luggage, theft, injury, accident, or loss of life during the tour.
• TravelTies arranges services such as airline bookings, visas, hotels, sightseeing, and meals on behalf of its clients. TravelTies is not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors.
• Any departure fees or airport taxes payable directly by an individual passenger are not included in the tour cost. As of now, no such departure fee is payable by travellers departing from Australian airports; however, this remains subject to change.
• The driver, coach guide, and tour leader will make decisions regarding planned activities and sightseeing in accordance with local laws and operational requirements. The coach will not be available for individual optional activities.
• Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that passengers obtain an overseas travel insurance policy to cover risks such as loss, damage, accidents, injuries, or loss of life and property during the tour.
