  • By booking with us or using our website, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
  • TarvelTies reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

  • At TravelTies, we don’t just organize group tours — we also craft tailor-made holiday packages to suit your travel style, interests, and budget. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach escape, a cultural discovery, or a luxury getaway, our travel experts will design a personalized itinerary just for you.
    We offer customized holidays to:

  • We levy a fee of INR 5,000 for the preparation of private quotations. This fee covers comprehensive customization, unlimited revisions, and dedicated personalized assistance throughout the process. Should you proceed with the booking through us, the amount of INR 5,000 will be fully adjusted against your final invoice. In the event that you do not confirm the booking, the same amount shall be treated as our professional service fee for the preparation of your customized file.

    Alternatively, you are welcome to provide us with a ready-made or tailor-made itinerary of your choice. We will simply review your proposed itinerary and offer our most competitive pricing based on the details provided. There will be NO charges levied in this case.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • Payments must be made using the methods specified on our website. TarvelTies works with secure payment partners, but we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices listed on our website or proposals are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline charges, or supplier revisions.
  • Package inclusions will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary. Any extras such as personal expenses, optional activities, or additional services will be borne by the traveller.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers, which may vary.
  • TarvelTies service charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

  • It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, travel permits, and health documents as required by their destination.
  • Travellers must adhere to local laws, customs, and travel advisories.
  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility requirements) must be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • TarvelTies acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, or events beyond our control.
  • While we strive to deliver seamless luxury experiences, TarvelTies cannot guarantee against unforeseen circumstances that may affect the journey.
  • Travellers are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.

7. Website Use

  • The content, images, and branding on the TarvelTies website are the intellectual property of TarvelTies and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior consent.
  • Users agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
