TravelTies invites you to experience the Arctic like never before — a journey through Finland, Sweden, and Norway crafted with expert precision, luxury stays, and authentic Arctic adventures. From the thrill of husky rides and icebreaker cruises to cozy evenings under the dancing auroras, every moment is designed to capture the wonder of this once-in-a-lifetime winter escape.

 

Introduction

  • Assemble at Mumbai International airport to board your flight for Helsinki.

  • On arrival in Helsinki, proceed for clearing customs and immigration. Upon clearance we shall proceedwith the city tour of Helsinki which includes a visit to Senate Square and the iconic statue of Alexander II, The Rock Church, and the Uspenski Cathedral.

  • Later check into the hotel. Enjoy dinner and spend the night in the hotel.

  • After breakfast proceed for Day trip to Tallinn by ferry. Tallinn, Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea, is the country’s cultural hub. Upon arrival of the City tour of Tallinn, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site,

  • It has many faces: the impossibly photogenic Old Town; a thriving tech and food culture; and the brutalist- style architecture that is a legacy of the Soviet years.

  • Later I return to Helsinki by ferry. Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel.

  • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Helsinki airport to board your flight to Ivalo.
  • On arrival in Ivalo, proceed to Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort and check in to Glass Igloo and enjoy a once- in-a-lifetime experience. Get the feeling of sleepingunder an open sky. They are set in an opening surrounded by pine trees, far away from the city lights.
  • Later proceed for Snowmobile Safari where you get to ride the snow bike for yourself.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend the night in Igloo.

  • After breakfast, we proceed for an Arctic resort tour.

  • Later proceed for Husky Dog Sledge Ride animal friendly for 12 – 15 mins into the heart of nature like frozen rivers and through forests covered with snow. Enjoy the beautiful views of Lapland’s countryside enjoying the best scenery the region has to offer.

  • Later enjoy some time at Planetarium highlights the most wonderful Finnish skies.

  • Enjoy dinner and spend the night in Igloo.

  • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland Considered as the official hometown of Santa Claus, is an urbanoasis amidst the Arctic wilderness, where culture, wild activities and fairytales come together.
  • Explore Santa Claus village. You will also have an opportunity to send postcards from Santa Claus’
  • main post office and many other paid rewards and things to do in the village.
  • Later enjoy the famous animal friendly Reindeer ride (12 – 15 mins)
  • Evening checks-in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we proceed for an unforgettable experience of Icebreaker Cruise in Lapland!
  • The tour starts from Rovaniemi and takes you the Bothnian Sea which is completely frozen during the winter. You will have the chance to visit the 7 decks of the icebreaker while it cruises through the infinitedesert of ice. You will witness massive ice breaking, swim in survival suits in the Arctic Sea, learn the difference between icebreakers & other ships, meet captain, and walk on the ice of the frozen sea.
  • Later, we return to Rovaniemi. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

  • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kiruna. We shall visit the Ice Hotel.

  • Later we check into our hotel, head up for the Northern lights hunting, to chase the sea the Aurora Borealis.

  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel.

  • After breakfast, entire day is free for leisure. Later in evening depart for Northern light tour.

  • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Tromso. It is famous for being one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights. Upon arrival, the evening is free for leisure.

  • Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

  • After breakfast proceed for Tromso City tour with the Polar Museum. “The Polar Museum’s exhibitionstell the story of Tromsø as the historical gateway to the Arctic. This includes the story of Norwegian trapping and hunting on Svalbard and Greenland, of renowned over-wintering trappers such as Henry Rudi and Wanny Woldstad, the cultural history of Svalbard, as well as the expeditions of Norwegian explorers Fridtjof Nansen and Roald Amundsen.”
  • Evening free at leisure. Enjoy dinner.
  • Proceed to the Northern Lights hunting by coach in Tromso. Return to hotel to spend overnight.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Tromso airport to board your flight to Oslo.
  • Upon arrival, we shall visit Ski jump Location where the spectacular slope will make you wonder aboutthe Ski Olympics as to how one can do it.
  • Later, continue our visit to the Vigeland Sculpture Park and Garden. It is the largest one where the same artist has created all the statues. Not only did Gustav Vigeland make all 212 bronze, graniteand cast-iron sculptures displayed in the park, he also designed the outline of the park itself.
  • Later, we shall check in to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
  • On checkout, we proceed to the airport to board your flight back home.
  • Return home with happy memories of the tour.

  • Any passenger above the age of 69 need to pay the difference amount in Medical Policydepending upon their age, the difference will be calculated and advised.
  • 90 Days Prior Departure 15% of the Tour Cost.
  • 60 Days Prior Departure 45% of the Tour Cost.
  • 45 Days Prior Departure of 65% of the Tour Cost.
  • 35 Days Prior Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.

Payments favoring Travel Ties as per below:

  1. INR 1,20,000 non – refundable deposit at the time of booking to be paid by Cheque or RTGS / NEFTon the Name of “TRAVELTIES.”
  2. Land Portion to be paid on the Name of “TRAVELTIES HOLIDAYS.”
  3. Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
  4. The balance payment must be paid no more than 35 days prior to departure, regardless of the status of your visa application (granted, under process or not yet submitted).
Important Information For the Trip
  • Passengers carrying excess baggage of more than 20 Kgs check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. Hand luggage of 07 Kgs per person is allowed.
  • All passengers must carry 01 kitchen (18 kgs) bag per couple which shall be handed over at Mumbai airport,to be checked in & collected at destination and hand over to the tour leader upon arrival.
  • The temperature in the region will be between 05 to -20 degrees. All thermal wears, jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid locally in the respective local currency(EURO). Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
  • All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 35 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before checking out.
  • Trolleys are widely available at the airport for luggage access.
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc. is not a responsibility of TravelTies, hotels/airlines may change dueto availability and alternate similar service will be provided.
  • There are no refunds for any services & attractions voluntarily not utilized on & during the tour.
  • In Europe, most tours require a reasonable level of fitness to be able to walk on sightseeing trips, navigate along uneven ground and should be able to walk unaided for up to 2-5 kms. A satisfactory level of fitness isessential for you to undertake walks in hot conditions and over terrain with uneven and slippery surfaces.
  • It is passengers’ responsibility to carry any medication require for the tour’s duration and consult your local medical practitioner for any health advice.
  • TravelTies holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour program.
  • TravelTies is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc. on behalf of its clients, we are not responsible for services offered by its service vendors.
  • Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the airports by the individual passenger are not included in the tour cost. As on date and so far in the past there are NO departure fees orany such charges which are to be paid by any traveler out of European airports.
  • Driver / Coach guide & tour leader shall make decisions for all activities / sightseeing planned considering all the logistics as per laws. Coach is not available for individual optional activities.
  • TravelTies is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc. on behalf of its clients, we arenot responsible for deficiency in services offered by its service vendors.
