Introduction

    • Assemble at night at the Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport – Terminal 2 To Kansai Airport, Kobe. Spend overnight in flight. Packed Meal Box will be provided.
  • Welcome to Japan. Arrive Kansai Airport located in Osaka. After clearing customs and immigration proceed to board your coach to drive to Kobe (1 hour drive) and check into Hotel Kobe Merikan Park Oriental or similar.
  • Enjoy dinner in Indian Restaurant and spend overnight in hotel.
  • Today after early breakfast proceed for Hiroshima by Bullet Train. On arrival board our coach from the station and proceed to the Peace Memorial Park and Museum, dedicated to the legacy of Hiroshima as the first city in the world to suffer a nuclear attack. See Cenotaph, Sadako Monument and Atomic Dome.
  • Later we proceed to Miyajima Island (by ferry).
  • Upon reaching, explore the Water Temple by a walking tour.
  • Return to Kobe via the Bullet Train.
  • Dinner in Indian restaurant spend overnight at hotel.
  • After breakfast, we visit the famous Osaka Tempo Zan Ferris Wheel is a 112-meter-tall (367 ft) Ferris wheel located in Osaka, Japan, at Tempo Zan Harbor Village and then Kaiyuan Aquarium – the world’s largest.
  • Enjoy lunch in restaurant. Later visit the Umeda Sky Tower this iconic landmark offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its observation deck, providing a unique and memorable experience for visitors.
  • Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After Breakfast we proceed for Fushimi Inari Taisha its thousands of bright red torii gates, which form tunnels along trails up a sacred mountain. Continue visit to Arashi Yama Bamboo Forest one of Kyoto’s top sights and for good reason: standing amid these soaring stalks of bamboo is like being in another world.
  • Later after lunch, where we visit the famous Kinka Kuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), originally built in 1394. The present structure covered with gold leaf is a replica of the original which was destroyed in 1955. Return to Kobe in evening.
  • Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After breakfast, this day we proceed to Universal Studios Japan.
  • Each distinct world holds new and unique adventures at every turn. A world-class theme park that appeals to children and adults of all ages, covering a wide range of attractions that are spread across eleven different areas such as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Minion Park, Jurassic Park, Hello Kitty, Snoopy Studios, New York City etc. Its eleventh area, Super Nintendo World (is not included in the cost, it can be purchased additionally, advance booking is a must). Lunch will be inside the theme park, please note outside food is not allowed.
  • Later Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out and assemble at the hotel lobby. Board our coach and proceed to Nagoya. Upon arrival we will proceed for lunch at a local Indian restaurant.
  • After lunch, embark on a sightseeing tour of Nagoya, which includes a visit to the Toyota Car Museum to checkout unique cars, never seen before. We continue to the SC Maglev Train Museum, where you’ll learn about the creation-operation of  world-famous Bullet Trains.
  • Following the sightseeing proceed to the hotel in Nagoya for check-in Hotel Hilton Nagoya or similar. You will have free time to relax and freshen up.
  • Later, enjoy dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out and assemble at the hotel lobby. Board coach and proceed to Hakone. Upon arrival, lunch at a local Indian restaurant.
  • After lunch, continue with your Hakone sightseeing tour, which includes a photo stop at Owakudani Valley, a ride on the Hakone Ropeway from Owakudani Valley to Togendai, and a scenic Lake Ashi cruise from Togendai to Hakone Machi.
  • Following the sightseeing, proceed to dinner at restaurant.
  • After dinner, transfer to the hotel check-in at Hotel Oiso Prince Hotel, Hakone or similar.
  • Overnight in Hakone. Enjoy hot onsen pools offered by the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out and assemble in the hotel lobby. Board Bus and proceed to Mt. Fuji for sightseeing and arrive at the iconic Visit Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, subject to weather conditions. After enjoying the sights at Mt. Fuji, continue to lunch at a local Indian restaurant.
  • Following lunch, depart Odawara and travel to Tokyo. Upon arrival in Tokyo, transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in at Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa or similar.
  • Later, have dinner at restaurant and Overnight stay at hotel.
  • After breakfast, your day will begin with a drive over the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo’s most colourful crossing. The bridge’s supporting towers are painted white but are lit up in rainbow colours at night. You’ll also see the Odaiba Statue of Liberty (a replica of the one in Paris, and was erected as a symbol of friendship between Japan and France) and visit the 3D team lab, a spectacular show created by the art collective team Lab, known for being a museum without a map, exhibits are immersive, interactive, and feature digital art installations that blend technology with nature, light, water, and sound. 
  • Following lunch, you’ll embark on a cruise over the Sumida River to Tokyo’s “old town. Also visit the famous Asakusa Temple. Legend says that the temple was built in the seventh century to house a statue of Kannon, the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, which two fishermen discovered in their nets. The statue is said to be buried underneath the temple. After the temple, you’ll have time to explore the Nakamise Shopping Street.
  • Later, have dinner at an Indian local restaurant and Overnight stay at hotel.
  • After breakfast, make our way to the iconic Sky Tree Tower. You’ll ascend this thousand-foot steel structure for breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Tt stands a jaw-dropping 634 metres (2,080 feet) tall, making it the tallest structure in Japan and the second tallest in the world. Later visit the famous Shibuya Crossing as the world’s busiest pedestrian crossing, with as many as 3,000 people crossing during a single green light cycle, and a photo stop at the Imperial Palace.
  • Enjoy Lunch and later where you’ll have free time for shopping. You can find clothing at Ginza the shopping district of Japan, and electronics at Akihabara.
  • Later, have dinner at an Indian local restaurant and Overnight stay at hotel.
  • After morning breakfast, we shall proceed for entire fun filled day at Disney Sea World.
  • The park has an overall nautical exploration motif and originally opened with seven themed lands or “ports of call”, although Disney characters and themed rides have since been added. The entrance to the park is Mediterranean Harbor, which opens to six more nautically themed ports: American Waterfront, Lost River Delta, Port Discovery, Mermaid Lagoon, Arabian Coast, and Mysterious Island, Boats of the DisneySea Transit Steamer Line ferry passengers between Mediterranean Harbor and American Waterfront near the park entrance to Lost River Delta. An eighth port of call known as Fantasy Springs opened on 6 June 2024

  • Later, have dinner at an Indian local restaurant and Overnight stay at hotel.
  • After having breakfast, we shall do a late check out (11am) and rest of the day will be free for shopping and leisure. Families wanting to opt Harry Potter Studios Tour (is not included in the cost, it can be purchased additionally, advance booking is a must). Otherwise enjoy some free time for shopping.
  • Afternoon lunch and we proceed to Haneda Airport to take a flight to Mumbai
  • Return Home with blooming memories of Japan!!!

Important Information For the Trip
  • Passengers are requested to carry their own bottles to refill from anywhere in Japan, as the tap water is very safe to consume.
  • There will be no luggage handling facility throughout the tour in motor coaches and hotels, and at the airport. Passengers must handle their own luggage.
  • Every morning, American breakfast (as per the hotel menu) will be served, along with khakhra and dry snacks (subject to the hotel’s permission). Lunch and dinner will be served at Indian restaurants by 8 p.m. due to strict driving hours.
  • Passengers with excess baggage will be liable to pay excess baggage charges directly to the airport and airline authorities.
  • All hotels in Japan have a strict policy for group check-in. Rooms are only available at 15:00 for group check-in.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary must be paid for locally in the respective local currency. Unused services, facilities, sightseeing, or tours are non-refundable.
  • Any items or services used by individuals in their respective rooms, such as drinks, snacks, beverages, television channels, or room damages (including water overflow from the bathroom), will be billed to their room and must be paid for before check-out.
  • Rooms next to each other are not guaranteed. The hotel will allot the rooms.
  • Sports shoes are required for your entire trip, as you will be walking a lot during sightseeing in Japan.
  • All items of a personal nature, including food, drinks, and any other items not mentioned in the itinerary, must be paid for by the individual.
  • Travel Ties is not responsible for any services from hotels, airlines, or for visa issues. Hotels and airlines may change due to availability, but an alternate, similar service will be provided.
  • If a visa is refused by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees and charges must be paid by the clients.
  • For any cancellations of a tour once booked, clients are requested to send a written request stating the purpose of the cancellation.
  • Please note that our daily schedule starts between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and will return to the hotel after dinner. Our coach will be used strictly for 11 hours a day due to Japan’s driving policy.
