Introduction

  • Assemble at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport – Terminal 2 to board your flight to Lisbon.

  • Packed Meal Box will be provided with compliments of TravelTies.

  • Overnight stay in the flight.

  • Arrive Tokyo Narita Airport. After clearing customs and immigration proceed to board your coach to Tokyo City which is approx. 1 Hour Have lunch in Indian Restaurant and check into Hotel grand Prince Shin Takanawa or similar.
  • Rest of the day is free for leisure. Enjoy Dinner in Indian Restaurant. Spend overnight at the hotel. (All hotels in Japan have a strict policy for Group check Rooms are only available at 1500 Hrs. for Group Check in.)
  • After morning breakfast, start your day with and visit Shinjuku Garden & Shibuya Crossing, Imperial Palace (Photo Shop) and white-striped Sky Tree Tower. Ascend the thousand-foot steel structure for panoramic views of the city.
  • In the afternoon after Lunch proceed for the famous Asakusa Temple legend has it that in the seventh century two fishermen discovered a statue of Kannon, the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, in their nets. The temple was built to house the statue, which is supposedly buried underneath and then to Nakamise Shopping Street.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After Breakfast drive by Rainbow Bridge Tokyo’s most colourful crossing, the supporting towers of the bridge have been painted white, but they are lit up at night in rainbow colours and the Odaiba Statue of Liberty. Also visit to the 3D team lab (Exclusive with TravelTies) a museum without a map created by art collective team Lab for a spectacular show.
  • After lunch proceed for a cruise over the Sumida River to the “old town” of Tokyo and then free time for Shopping at Ginza for clothing’s and Akhiabara for electronics items.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After breakfast drive (150 kms – 3 Hrs by Coach) halfway up Japan’s highest mountain Mt. Fuji to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters which is 5th Station (Weather Permits)
  • After lunch, proceed to the Hakone for Lake Ashi Cruise (One Stop) and Ropeway to Owakudani Boiling Valley. Hakone is part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park.
  • Later we proceed to check in at Hotel Oiso Prince or similar. 
  • Evening visit to a natural hot spring in the hotel.
  • Enjoy Indian Dinner Restaurant and spend overnight in hotel.
  • After Breakfast check out and proceed to Nagoya by coach and on arrival visit Nagoya city and visit to famous Toyota Car Museum.
  • After lunch visit SC Maglev Train Museum where you will witness the making of the world- famous Bullet Trains of Japan and understand its functioning.
  • Post lunch, we check in to Hotel Nagoya Prince Sky Tower or Nagoya Hilton or similar.
  • Later Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After breakfast, we shall check out and we proceed Kyoto by coach.
  • On arrival have lunch and some free time at Gion Corner Area where you see the old architecture of Japan and the famous Geisha.
  • Later check into hotel Prince Hotel Kyoto Autograph Collection or similar.
  • Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • After Breakfast we proceed for Fushimi Inari Taisha, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest one of Kyoto’s top sights and for good reason: standing amid these soaring stalks of bamboo is like being in another world.
  • Later after lunch, where we visit the famous Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), originally built in 1394. The present structure covered with gold leaf is a replica of the original which was destroyed in 1955.
  • Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel in hotel.
  • Post breakfast proceed to Osaka (Distance 56 Kms – 1 hr Mins) for a full day of sightseeing that includes a visit to 17th-century Osaka Castle and enjoy the famous Osaka Ferry Wheel.
  • Later we proceed for lunch and then Kaiyukan Aquarium and Umeda Sky Tower this iconic landmark offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its observation deck, providing a unique and memorable experience for visitors.
  • Later free time for shopping at Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori. (Time Permitting)
  • Later we check into our Hotel Kobe Merikan Park Oriental or similar.
  • Dinner in Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.
  • Today after early breakfast proceed for Hiroshima by Bullet On arrival board your coach from the station and proceed to the Peace Memorial Park and Peace Memorial Museum, dedicated to the legacy of Hiroshima as the first city in the world to suffer a nuclear attack. See Cenotaph, Sadako Monument and Atomic Dome.
  • Later we proceed to Miyajima Island (by ferry). Upon reaching, explore the Water Temple by a walking tour.
  • Return to Kobe via the Bullet Dinner in Indian restaurant spend overnight at hotel.
  • After Breakfast we check out from hotel and proceed to the famous Earthquake Museum where you will see destruction happened in Kobe during On January 17, 1995, at 5:46 am.
  • Post lunch, proceed to the Nara city tour where we visit the famous Todai-ji Temple, The Giant Buddha Temple and to Deer Park.
  • Enjoy Dinner in Indian Restaurant and overnight at Hotel in Narita.

  • After having breakfast, we proceed to the Airport to take a flight to Mumbai

Important Information For the Trip

FLIGHT

  • If the group quota is over, we will advise price difference on current selling price or different airline options with price differenceif any You may also buy own tickets and join the group at starting point.
  • Once Tour is booked TravelTies will allocate the ticket, and Guest is liable to Upgrades to tickets are not possible in group quota.
  • On Time Airport Check-in with permitted luggage & documents will be guest’s responsibility.
  • TravelTies Tour Manager Service starts at Auckland Airport to Departure Airport
  • Seat selection is done by Airline at Check-in Counter and TravelTies do not have any control regardless of group bookings.
  • International flight may have various luggage allowances but you must bring strictly 20 KG (1 Piece, 28” Bag) Check-in & 7 KG (1Piece) Domestic Flight will have charges for any additional luggage payable at check- in by guest.
  • Guest joining tour on their own must reach at starting point in Country themselves

HOTEL

  • Mostly Check in time in NZ is 3 PM and Checkout 10 AM
  • Each hotel has various free & paid facilities for guests to TravelTies do not guarantee any specific facilities & charges including Wi-Fi.
  • All Hotel Rooms are Standard Category as per Group Tour & allocated by Hotel Management without any preferences and interference by TravelTies.
  • Rooms next to each other is subject to hotel’s availability and at their TravelTies can only notify the hotel about the request, however, we cannot guarantee the same.
  • Any Changes are subject to Hotel Management and charges may apply and payable by Guest
  •  
  • Guests are free to exchange rooms at their own TravelTies Team cannot interfere in any circumstances.
  • Specific Bedding Requirements, Lift, AC, Specific Room Amenities, Adjoining Rooms, Same Floor/Wing Requests, Breakfast Items – all these varied by hotel.
  • Room Size, Number of beds in Room & Bed Arrangements are not guaranteed and varied by hotel.

TRANSPORTATION

  • Luxurious, Comfortable, Government Approved Transportation will be provided, and it may vary from city to city based on availabilities.
  • Guests must be present & help with luggage loading/unloading. Small Bags/Carry On may require keeping under the seats, like flight.
  • Each Guest only permitted 1 Piece (28”)-20 KG Main Bag and 1 Piece (Airline Approved Size)- 7KG
  • TravelTies will have itsownbaggage for Tour Manager, Chef and Grocery.
  • If there is no space for any excess luggage, then it is guest’s responsibility to cooperate with the same.
  • Main Bags are not permitted inside Transport Coach/Bus/Vehicle.
  • Vehicles can only be parked in specific areas and walking may require to/from Some places may be walkable, and vehicleswill not be available.
  • TravelTies or its supplier is not responsible for anything left in vehicle regardless notified to Driver and agreed by  Driver.
  • In event of vehicle breakdown, TravelTies will try and make the best arrangement but no refund is payable for any lost  time/activities/inconvenience.
  • Driver/Tour Manager are not professional guides. Knowledge between personnel may vary. TravelTies do not commit SpecificLanguage/Ethnicity staff at any Staff changes throughout the tour based on availability.
  • Eating/Drinking in Transport Vehicle is strictly not Cleaning charges may apply to individuals or shared by all passengers by Driver and payable immediately.
  • Seats first come first basis, and we encourage rotation between groups by mutual understanding.

ACTIVITY

  • All Activities mentioned in the itinerary are booked and paid for by TravelTies in Advance. Late/No- Show/Missed/Cancelled Activities for any reason is 100% Not It may be re-scheduled by Supplier or TravelTies but not guaranteed. Any additional cost will be communicated andpayable prior to rescheduling.
  • Activities are operated under strict safety Each activity may require specific skill, preparation, medical requirement.
  • Tour Manager and Driver can be same person doing both duties. It is not necessary that all activities are fully/partly accompanied by Tour Manager/Driver. Some activities/locations are self-explored and/or conducted/guided by Supplier’s Staff/Guide.
  • Majority all activity commentary and instructions are in English, suitable only for Fluent English Understanding Audience with basic Knowledge or deep interest in exploring the topic.
  • Some guests may not be participating in Optional or Reschedule Activities, however they must co-operate and wait for the upcoming days as per Itinerary for all group members.
  • Optional Activities must be booked in Transportation/Admin Cost may be included upon circumstances. Guests must be prepared to lose any planned group services, and it is not refundable. TravelTies will book optional activities at any available timefrom suppliers.
  • Some activities supplier rebooks cancelled activities for any reasons including weather, based on our planned Itinerary. If Guest cancels in rebooked activity than penalties may applies. Any change/cancellation may attract admin/cancellation cost.

WATER AND MEAL

  • Tap water is drinkable in Majority Hotel keeps Glasses in Bathroom. Bathroom Tap is safe to drink. Keep Water Bottle always with you filled. It can be re-filled at Hotel Room & many outdoor locations.
  • Hotel Room Kettles are only boiling water, no other use is allowed, and damage will be charged to Guest upon checkout. Mini Bar (Snacks kept in Hotel Rooms) are chargeable to Guests.
  • Food is TravelTies encourages Zero Waste of food.
  • BF / Lunch / Dinner will be served in the Hotel or Picnic site.
  • Breakfast: Masala Tea, 1 or 2 Hot Items will be served and may be accompanied by dry Start time can vary from 6:00 AM – 9 AM depending on Itinerary. Some of BF may be packed or at picnic site based on operation requirements.
  • Lunch: Some of Lunch may be Packed Lunch or at Picnic You can take your lunch from picnic site and eat at yourconvenient place for whatsoever reason. Lunch will be served as per Itinerary between 12-3 PM.
  • Dinner: Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel prepared by our chef or in Indian restaurant with full set menu of that city. Dinner will be served between 7:00 to 9:30 PM & Usually permitted Max 1 Hour for Dinner at Hotel/Restaurant Dining Area allocated tour group.
  • TravelTies do not guarantee specific menu items, number of items per meal, taste and quality desired by each guest. Subject to Availability of Seasonal Ingredients Jain & Regular Varieties and number of items may be different.
  • No refund/compensation is payable for any type of food choice claims. Alternative Meal must be managed by guest at their own Menu may contain International Cuisines to Normal Indian Delicacies and/or mix of both kind of items.
  • Strict/Religious diet guests requesting specific food on auspicious days will not be entertained.
  • No compensation is given for missed meal for whatsoever Due to additional activity or any other circumstances guestsmust be responsible for their own food.
  • From time to time based on operational requirements, we may ask guests to carry mandatory Luggage from TravelTies to be usedfor group tours.
  • TravelTies will make sure total luggage does not exceed within limit of each ticket, which is 20 KG for Guest and restfor TravelTies Luggage.

INSURANCE

  • TravelTies provides travel insurance up to the age of 69, with coverage of US$50,000. For travelers aged above 69, any premium difference will be paid by the traveler It is understood that the Guest is satisfied with itinerary and is medically fit forthe tour.
  • In case of any health emergency or any other related issues, the guest shall be solely responsible for making their own arrangements. No refund is given for rest of the Tour. TravelTies cannot be held responsible for any health-related issues of the passenger. Any event of claim, please contact policy provider directly.

VISA

  • Visa must be applied as per the Country’s Current Immigration If consulate rejects visasonce, you are liable to pay the re-application visa fees.
  • Any Changes in Fees are payable by Booking & enrolling for this trip does not mean visas are assured or guaranteed by TravelTies, we will only solicit the whole process & make application on client’s behalf.
  • Timely delays / refusals / rejections by consulate/embassy will attract cancellation charges for the tour/tickets etc. booked, the clients will be responsible tobear & pay these charges.
  • In event of visa rejection, you will lose promotional price and placement in TravelTies reserves theright to discuss further options if visa is re-applied.

GENERAL

  • Once reservation is accepted and confirmed by TravelTies – The Deposit, Payment and cancellation policy, TravelTies group and standard notes, terms and conditions will apply. For change in Date may require Cancellation Charges of currently booked tourand price difference of new tour date, if any
  • TravelTies reserves right not to operate in a group for any reasons including minimum guests in room.
  • Any Increase in Airfare / Fuel Price / Change in Government Regulations Taxes will affect your Tour Cost and is payable prior to departure.
  • Guest is responsible for paying any additional cost if tour is extended for any unforeseen circumstances and TravelTies is asked to manage those extra services. Self-Termination and Cancellation of Tour once started for any reasons incl. natural/climate restrictions or government directive are not refundable.
  • There Is No Refund for Any Unutilized/Non-suitable Services for any reason/circumstances.
  • Rates & Offers are dynamic, and it cannot be the same for all the passengers travelling in same group.
  • TravelTies encourages Respectful behavior by our Guests with all our suppliers and team members. Failure to resolve such behavior by Guest may result in terminating the tour with immediate effect without any loss/compensation. For whatsoever reason self-termination by Guest results in no compensation and additional arrangement to the home country will be self- managed. TravelTies cannot guarantee each guest’s service standards, respect & behavior expectations by any suppliers. Each supplier follows their own complaint process and guests are free to contact directly.
  • In Case of Any Deportation Due to Immigration and Custom Clearance TravelTies Will Not Be There Will BeNo Refund for Tour Package.
  • TravelTies is arranging all services on behalf of its TravelTies is not responsible for services offered by its service vendors including but not limited to hotels, airlines, activities, restaurants, transport including Fleet- Transportationservice provided by TravelTies under separate License.
  • TravelTies holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage / property / passport / currency, Injuries or death or theft duringthe tour.
  • All final Tour documents will be given 7 days prior to departure once payment is cleared in full.
  • The temperature during May will be between 8 to 15 degrees. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency. Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
  • Trolleys are widely available at the airport for luggage access.
  • Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the airports by the individual passenger are not included in the tour cost.
  • Driver / Coach guide & tour leader shall make decisions for all activities / sightseeing planned considering all the coordination as per laws. Coach is not available for individual optional activities.
  • MEDICLAIM: it is extremely important that you purchase an Overseas Travel Insurance Policy to cover against any risk such as damage, loss, accident and injury to life or property while on the tour.
  • TravelTies reserves right to use any Photo/Video/Message/Feedback for marketing purpose.
