Introduction

  • Assemble Mumbai International Airport to board you via flight to Tbilisi.
  • After arriving in Tbilisi clear your immigration and collect your bags and clear customs & proceed for Hotel Check in.
  • Day free for Leisure and exploring the city.
  • Dinner and overnight in Hotel in Tbilisi.
  • After breakfast proceed meet your guide and proceed to visit Kazbegi which is around 3.5 hrs journey.
  • After arriving enjoy 4×4 Jeep Tour to Gergeti
  • Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
  • Later visit Russian Georgian Monument of Peace, Visit Ananuri Fortress Complex & Jhinvali Water Reservoir.
  • Proceed back to hotel. Dinner in Hotel and overnight in Tbilisi.
  • After breakfast check out of hotel and proceed towards Batumi.
  • On the way Visit Prometheus Caves in Kutaisi.
  • Enjoy Picnic Lunch. Arrive Batumi and check in to the Hotel.
  • Dinner at Hotel and overnight in Batumi.
  • After Breakfast we proceed for Batumi City tour with photo stops at Europe Square, Piazza Square, Batumi Boulevard, Aly & Nino Statue, enjoy excursion to Alphabet Tower.
  • Lunch at the Hotel.
  • After Lunch proceed for Batumi Botanical Garden and then to local mall for shopping.
  • Back to Hotel. Dinner at Hotel and overnight in Batumi.
  • After Breakfast check out and proceed for Borjomi.
  • Enjoy Picnic Lunch. After arriving Borjomi proceed to check in.
  • In the evening proceed to Borjomi Central Park.
  • Dinner at local restaurant. Back to Hotel. Overnight in Borjomi.
  • After breakfast we proceed to check out and head towards Tbilisi which is a 2hrs 30mins journey.
  • Enroute to Tbilisi we enjoy picnic lunch, upon arrival in Tbilisi we proceed for Panoramic City Tour
  • We Visit the Mtatsminda Park by Funicular.
  • Post which we check in to the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
  • After Breakfast we proceed towards Mtsheka Town and Svetitshkhoveli Cathedral
  • Post which we have an excursion to the Jvari Monastrey
  • Enjoy Lunch in the Hotel, after which we proceed towards City Tour of Tbilisi, with photo stops at the Old Town, Clock Tower, the Freedom Square, Rike Park and the Bridge of Peace.
  • Lastly, we enjoy the cable car to Narikala Fortress
  • Dinner and overnight at hotel.
  • After Breakfast we proceed towards check out and head towards our flight back home.
  • Return Home with Happy Memories of the Tour.

Payments favoring Travel Ties as per below:

  • INR 77,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking BY CHEQUE OR NEFT.
  • Cheque on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”.
  • Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
  • Forex portion to be paid 45 days prior to the date of departure.
Important Information For the Trip
  • There will be luggage handling facilities throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers must handle their own luggage on Trolley.
  • Everyday morning American breakfast along with our Indian breakfast consisting of 1-2 hot items along with Khakhras, Masala Tea, Masala Milk and Sukha Nasta will be served (subject to hotels permission). Lunch will be consisting of salad, pickles, Mithai, Paratha/ Puri, 2-3 Vegetables, Daal / Curd / Kadhi, Rice / Biryani, Soft Drinks / Chaas & will be served in picnic areas/Local or Indian restaurants. Dinners will be served in the hotel where we stay prepared by our chef, if the hotels do not permit, we shall enjoy dinners in Indian restaurants.
  • All Passengers will have to Carry One Kitchen Bag per person. For our Kitchen from Mumbai International Airport and on Arrival at The Final Destination Airport They Will Have to Remove It from The Baggage Claim Area and get it till the Coach.
  • Passengers having excess baggage check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. The Itinerary may be reversed due to Flight Availability.
  • All travelers must clear all their respective payments 35 Days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom; any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before checking out.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas, coach, cruise etc. is not the responsibility of TravelTies, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar services will be provided. In case if visas are refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, the clients must pay re- application fees & charges.
  • Itinerary / Hotel / Route is subject to vice-versa charges. Your final itinerary will be as per the flight schedule and booklet provided to you 7 days prior to departure.
  • TRAVELTIES Is Not Responsible for Delay or Deficiency in Service by Inbound Agency, Airline, Transport, Hotel and Provider of Service, or any Act or Action of CO-TRAVELLER, CO-PAX which may Result in not Availing any Service on Tour.
  • For Optional Activities: If Weather does not permit then TRAVELTIES will not be Responsible. In case you wish to do any Optional Activities, our Coach Will not be Available.
