Introduction

  • Assemble at T2 terminal to depart and board your flight to Cairo.
  • Breakfast Boxes will be served at the airport compliments only of TravelTies.
  • On arrival in Cairo, upon arrival in Cairo proceed to clear customs and immigrations. Later proceed to board your luxurious coach for lunch.
  • Post lunch we shall visit the Egyptian Museum and The Treasures Room for the Boy King Tutankhamen, alongside many other fascinating artifacts.
  • Later in evening we shall check into Hotel Swiss Inn Golf Pyramids Hotel.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, we proceed for a full day guided City Tour of Old Cairo and Giza Pyramids. The oldest and grandest of the three is the Cheops Pyramid built in the 3rd dynasty about 2690 B.C., Next is the Pyramids of Chefren and Menkaure Pyramid .
  • Wonder at the majestic Great Sphinx, which is the largest single block sculpture located at the foot of the Grand Pyramid Chefren.
  • Visit Sakkara more ancient site than that of Giza contains tombs and temples spanning a 3,000 year period visiting The Step Pyramid of Djoser, Then visit Memphis the city of Memphis was of great importance throughout Pharaonic history.
  • Enjoy lunch, dinner and spend overnight in hotel.
  • Post Breakfast we shall proceed to Cairo airport to board our domestic flight to Aswan.
  • On arrival in Aswan we shall enjoy lunch and see the beautiful sights such as The High Dam, a rock-fill dam on the border between Egypt and Sudan.
  • Unfinished Obelisk, the largest ancient obelisk in Aswan Granit Quarry.
  • Temple of Philae, Temple of Love on the Famous Island of Isis
  • Transfer back to hotel for check-in.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel.
  • After breakfast at hotel, proceed for Cruise Check in at Ferry Terminal at 08:30 Hrs to board our Hole in the Rock Cruise. During the cruise you will get a chance to see Dolphins.
  • Picnic Lunch / Lunch at Hotel. Rest of the day is free to enjoy optional activities.
  • Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by chef and spend overnight at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, we shall begin our day tour to and drive to Luxor East Bank.
  • Visit the Valley of the Kings to enjoy 3 Royal Tombs recommended by our guide, additional visit to the King Tut Tomb (Optional with extra fees)
  • Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut. The Queen who claimed to be a Pharaoh Visit the Colossi of Memnon.
  • Later we also visit the Karnak which covers a huge area and includes several temples, the largest being the temple of Amon.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel.
  • Post breakfast we shall check out and proceed for Hurghada, the beach destination of Egypt. On arrival we shall check into Hotel Swiss Inn Hurghada.
  • Rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy at your hotel.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel.
  • Free days at Leisure to enjoy optional Tours are upon your request and activities such as Diving, Snorkelling, Banana boat ride, Desert Safari and Quad Bike Tours.
  • Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner and spend overnight in hotel.
  • Post breakfast we shall check out from Hurghada and continue our onward journey back to Cairo.
  • Arrive Cairo and transfer to visit Khan el-Khalili, one of the largest bazaars in the Middle East and North Africa.
  • Transfer back to Swiss Inn Golf Pyramids Hotel to assist you with check-in.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel
  • After breakfast at your hotel, start a full day tour to Alexandria, a 3 Hours’ drive from Cairo.
  • Visit this beautiful modern – beach town and proceed for a city tour to the Catacomb, Visit Pompay’s Pillar, Visit the Roman Amphitheatre.
  • Post lunch proceed to visit The Citadel of Quit bay and a must visit to the Bibliotheca of Alexandria “Alexandria Library”.
  • In evening, we shall return back to Cairo.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight in hotel.
  • Enjoy breakfast at hotel and we shall check out. Later we shall proceed to the airport to board our flight for Mumbai. Return home with sweet memories of the tour.

  • INR 62,000 non – refundable deposit at the time of booking by CHEQUE or CASH.
  • Every Passenger’s Passport Copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.

Important Information For the Trip
  • There will be Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers have to handle their own luggage on Trolley.
  • Everyday morning American breakfast along with our Indian breakfast consisting of 1-2 hot items along with Khakhras, Masala Tea, Masala Milk and Sukha Nasta will be served (subject to hotels permission). Lunch will be consisting of salad, pickles, Mithai, Paratha / Puri, 2-3 Vegetables, Daal / Curd / Kadhi, Rice / Biryani, Soft Drinks / Chaas& will be served in picnic areas. Dinners will be served in the hotel where we stay prepared by our chef, if the hotels do not permit we shall enjoy dinners in Indian restaurants.
  • Passengers having excess baggage check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. The Itinerary may be reversed due to Flight Availability.
  • All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 25 Days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas, coach, etc. is not a responsibility of Travel Ties, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case if visas refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees & charges have to be paid by the clients.
  • For/if any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.
  • Itinerary / Hotel / Route are subject to vice-e-versa charges. Your final itinerary will be as per the flight schedule and booklet provided to you 7 days prior dept.
  • MEDICLAIM: it is extremely important that you purchase an Overseas Travel Insurance Policy to cover against any possible risk such as damage, loss, accident and injury to life or property while on the tour.
  • TRAVELTIES Is Not Responsible for Delay or Deficiency in Service by Inbound Agency, Airline, Transport, Hotel and Provider of Service, or any Act or Action of CO-TRAVELLER, CO-PAX which may Result in not Availing any Service on Tour.
  • For Optional Activities: If Weather does not permit then TRAVELTIES will not be Responsible. In case you wish to do any Optional Activities, our Coach Will not be Available.
  • All Passengers will have to Carry One Kitchen Bag per person. For our Kitchen from Mumbai International Airport and on Arrival at The Final Destination Airport They Will Have to Remove It from The Baggage Claim Area and get it till the Coach.
