Introduction

Day 1 : Depart Mumbai

Assemble at Mumbai’s T2 terminal in the morning to board our flight for Sydney.
Meal Box will be served at the airport compliments only of Travel Ties.
On arrival at transit airport, proceed to board a connecting night flight.

Day 2 : Arrive Melbourne

Welcome to Australia, a.k.a. The Down Under or the Land of Kangaroos!!! On arrival in Melbourne, we shall clear customs and head for a Guided tour of the world-famous Melbourne Cricket Ground. Experience the craziness of this massive stadium. Feel what the cricket lovers feel and dream of playing.
Later, we shall check in at the Hotel Oaks on Market or similar.(International check-in time is 15.00 hrs; therefore, we cannot go to the hotel first)
Mid-afternoon free time to go to the DFO outlet for shopping.
Enjoy dinner in the hotel banquet and spend overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : Melbourne

After having breakfast, we proceed to visit the most famous and scenic, beautiful drive of Australia called the Great Ocean Road to see The Twelve Apostles formations.
Enjoy a Picnic lunch. You may also enjoy an Optional Helicopter Ride on this day.
Enjoy dinner in the hotel’s banquet and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 4 : Melbourne

After having breakfast, we proceed to the Puffing Billy Train Ride – a vintage train ride for the family. Hop on the train and enjoy a scenic ride from Belgrave to Menzies Creek.
Post lunch proceed for a city tour of Melbourne covering great sights such as Fitzroy park, Federation Square, Cathedral, Shrine of Remembrance, Southbank, etc and drive through the Sporting Arena area.
Enjoy dinner in the hotel’s banquet and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 5 : Melbourne – Sydney

After having breakfast, we proceed to the airport to board the domestic flight for Sydney.
On arrival, proceed for lunch to an Indian restaurant.
Continue for Sydney City tour by visiting sights such as the Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, the famous Darling Harbour, The Rocks and Circular Quay Area, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach etc.
Later proceed to check in Hotel Four Point by Sheraton or similar.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel. Explore Sydney on foot.

Day 6 : Sydney

After having breakfast at the hotel, we shall proceed on a full-day excursion to the Blue Mountains, where nature’s beauty unfolds at every turn. Experience the thrill of scenic rides offering panoramic views of valleys, waterfalls, and lush landscapes. Enjoy a picnic lunch.
Amidst this natural wonder, delve into Feather dale Wildlife Park, encountering Australia’s native wildlife up close. Get mesmerised by koalas, bounding kangaroos, and colourful birdlife.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 7 : Sydney

Post breakfast, we proceed for the famous Sydney Opera House Inside – 1 Hour Guided Tour. Relive the historic moment of the building of this iconic structure and its hardship.
Get on board for our 1.5Hr Cruisesmart Sydney Harbour Sightseeing & Devonshire Tea Cruise
(Where in one can indulge in Unlimited sweet and savoury scones (Vegetarian) / Selection of teas & coffee and Spacious air-conditioned interiors with large windows)
Also visit the Sydney Aquarium at Sydney Darling Harbour to enjoy the Australian aquatic animals.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 8 : Sydney – Cairns

After breakfast, we check out and proceed to the airport to board our flight.
Upon arrival, as we board the coach, transfer to the Scenic Sky Rail / Railway for Kuranda, which is surrounded by tropical rainforest and adjacent to the Wet Tropics World Heritage-listed Barron Gorge National Park. On the way, we make a stop to see Carvonica Lakes. (Packed lunch will be served today)
Check in at Hotel Novotel Oasis or similar.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 9 : Cairns

After having a light breakfast, we proceed to the Great Barrier Reef Island Cruise’s Half Day tour. (High Speed Catamaran to Reef). Reef Cruises offers snorkel, dive, and swim in the clear island waters, view the spectacular reef on a coral viewing tour, explore Green Island National Park, or just relax on the sandy beach. Enjoy semi-submarine or glass-bottom boat rides. Enjoy snorkelling, swimming, parasailing, or any other optional activities.
Picnic Lunch will be served on the island and prepared by our own chef.
Mid-evening, we return to Cairns’s hotel. Enjoy dinner and spend overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 : Cairns – Brisbane – Gold Coast

After a packed breakfast and an early check-out, we proceed to board our flight for Brisbane.
On arrival, proceed to Warner Bros. Movie World where movie magic happens every Day. These include Batman, The Mystery Inc. Gang, the Wizard of OZ and various Looney Tunes characters. Minor street shows, including skits and singing performances, are also present. The All-Star Parade displays costumed characters alongside vehicles and movie-themed floats.
Lunch shall be served at the theme park.
Later, we shall check into Hotel Mantra Legends or similar.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 11 : Gold Coast

Post breakfast, we proceed to the spectacular theme park, Sea World. This Theme Park has entertainment in Store for everyone. There is a large variety of Marine Life Shows, of which are recommended: Polar Bear Shores, Ray Reef, Penguin Encounter, Jet Rescue, Storm Coaster, Jet Stunt Extreme, SpongeBob Show, etc. Lunch shall be served at the theme.
Enjoy a Scenic Helicopter ride at Sea World. Evening return to the hotel and visit Q-1 Tower – to get a 360 view from over the top.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 12 : Gold Coast

Enjoy an American breakfast at the hotel this morning and then proceed to Dream World. With so many worlds in one location, Dream World is Australia’s favourite Theme Park. The park is made up of several themed lands: Gold Rush Country, Rocky Hollow, Tiger Island, and the Dream World Corroboree. These lands have a collection of rides, animal exhibits, shows, food outlets and merchandise shops. Enjoy the excitement and thrill of catching a wave on Australia’s first and only Flow Rider. It features 4 of the Big 9 Thrill Rides – The Claw, Tower of Terror and the Giant Drop, Wipe-out and Cyclone are within close proximity of each other.
Lunch shall be served at the theme park buffet menu.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 13 : Gold Coast – Brisbane – Mumbai

After Breakfast, we shall check out of the hotel and proceed to ArtVo – an exclusive by TravelTies. An immersive and fun art museum to make some amazing memories in the end.
Later post lunch, we shall proceed to Top Golf – an exclusive by TravelTies. Enjoy a high-tech golfing experience at Top Golf Gold Coast. Perfect for all skill levels
We shall proceed to Brisbane airport and have packed dinner to check-in for our flight.
Return with Sweet Memories of your trip with your friends and family.

Any passenger above the age of 69 years needs to pay the difference amount in the Medical Policy, depending upon their age; the difference will be calculated and advised.

Cancellation: No Of Days Cancellation Charges

90 Days Prior to Departure 15% of the Tour Cost.
60 Days Prior to Departure 45% of the Tour Cost.
45 Days Prior to Departure 65% of the Tour Cost.
35 Days Prior to Departure: 100% of the Tour Cost.

Booking And Payment Terms

Payments favouring Travel Ties as per below:

INR 1,50,000/- non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to be paid by Cheque or RTGS / NEFT in the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
Balance Land Portion to be paid on the Name of “TRAVELTIES HOLIDAYS.”
Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
Forex portion to be paid 35 days prior to the date of departure regardless of the status of your visa application (granted, under process, or not yet submitted)

Important Information For the Trip

Passengers having excess baggage of more than 20 Kgs check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. Hand luggage of 07 Kgs per person is allowed.
All passengers must carry 01 kitchen bag per couple which shall be handed over at Mumbai airport, to be checked in & collected at destination and hand over to the tour leader upon arrival.
The temperature in New Zealand during May will be between 8 to 15 degrees. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather.
Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency (AUD). Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
All the traveller’s must clear all their respective payments 35 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before checking out.
Tap water is safe in Australia. We will not be providing with drinking water during journey or flights. We will provide with water during meals only.
TravelTies holds no responsibility for Rooms next to each other.
TravelTies is not responsible for allocating the rooms to the clients. It is as the hotel’s discretion.
TravelTies holds no responsibility for Room size being small. All standard rooms in majority of the European countries range from 18 to 20 sq. mts.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.
There are no refunds for any services & attractions voluntarily not utilized on & during the tour.
It is passengers’ responsibility to carry any medication require for the tour’s duration and consult your local medical practitioner for any health advice.
Travel Ties holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour program.
Travel Ties is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc. on behalf of its clients, we are not responsible for services offered by its service vendors.
Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the airports by the individual passenger are not included in the tour cost. As on date and so far in the past there are NO departure fees or any such charges which are to be paid by any traveller out of NZ airports.
Driver / Coach guide & tour leader shall make decisions for all activities / sightseeing planned considering all the coordination as per laws. Coach is not available for individual optional activities
MEDICLAIM: it is extremely important that you purchase an Overseas Travel Insurance Policy to cover against any risk such as damage, loss, accident and injury to life or property while on the tour.
