TOUR COST INCLUDES:

1. Return Economy Class Airfare with Taxes calculated on Ethiopian Airlines.

5. Sightseeing with entrance fees as mentioned in the Itinerary.
6. All Meals as mentioned in the Itinerary by Tour Chef/ Indian/ Local Restaurants
7. Services of TravelTies Tour Manager and Tour Chef with the group
8. All transfers by Luxury A/C Coach
9. Tips to the Driver, Tour Manager and Chef included.
10. Porterage facility at all hotels included.
11. Complimentary Passport Cover, Passport Pouch, Luggage tags, and Snacks packet along with Tea / Coffee throughout the tour.
12. Overseas Travel Insurance is included in the tour cost of USD 50,000 up to age of 69yrs only. (Over and above needs to pay the difference of amount being levied by the insurance co.)

 

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. Laundry, Mini Bar, Paid TV and Mineral Water or any Local Telephone Charges.
2. Mandatory GST 5% and TCS 5% will be applicable on the tour cost.
3. All Items of personal nature food & drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary.
4. Purchase Excess Baggage Charges shall be borne by the passenger themselves.
5. Optional Activities apart from those mentioned needs to be paid direct.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Payments shall be favouring Travel Ties as per below:

1. Deposit amount paid shall be Non-Refundable.
2. Cheque shall be drawn on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
3. Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

90 Days Prior Departure 10% of the Tour Cost

60 Days Prior Departure 25% of the Tour Cost

45 Days Prior Departure 50% of the Tour Cost

30 Days Prior Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

• There will be Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers must handle their own luggage on Trolley.
• Everyday morning American breakfast along with our Indian breakfast consisting of 1-2 hot items along with Khakhras, Masala Tea, Masala Milk and Sukha Nasta will be served (subject to hotels permission). Lunch will be consisting of salad, pickles, Mithai, Parathas / Puri, 2-3 Vegetables, Daal / Curd / Kadhi, Rice / Biryani, Soft Drinks / Chaas& will be served in picnic areas. Dinners will be served in the hotel where we stay prepared by our chef, if the hotels do not permit, we shall enjoy dinners in Indian restaurants.

• NOTE: In Suncity and Jo’burg we don’t have kitchen access of our chef for Breakfast. Enjoy the hotels lavish continental Breakfast in Palace and in respected hotel.
• On Ethiopian Airways Flight 1 Pcs of 20Kgs each is allowed for Economy Class Passengers. Along with 7 Kgs of Hand Luggage as the other Bag will be adjusted against the Kitchen Bags sent for TravelTies Passengers. Passengers having excess baggage check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. The Itinerary may be reversed due to Flight Availability.
• Children under 18 years old require to carry Original Unabridged Birth Certificate which shows both parents details while travelling to/from South Africa. This is compulsory requirement by South African government which will be verified at airports. For if any 01-parent travelling, NOC required by non-travelling parent, if deceased death certificate required of deceased parent. All parents / legal guardians of children under 18 years old must visit the South African embassy in Mumbai for verification / checks / concern form has to be signed by both parents in presence of the consular at the consulate, this formality is solely traveller’s responsibility. The concern form given by the consulate must be carried along while travelling to South Africa. Any travel expenses incurred to reach consulate for this formality has to be borne by the clients.
• Minimum 02 blank pages are required while travel to South Africa. Minimum 20 days are taken by the South African consulate to issues visas in the high season. Once passport & documents are submitted to TravelTies, it takes about 2-3 working days to process and apply the visas. Travelers without requisite passport pages may be denied to enter the country. PS if you have chosen to add on Kenya & Livingstone more blank pages are required for visas & stamping purposes. If you’re holding a US passport you will need to have 02 blank pages for stamping. We urge you to submit your passports & necessary documentation at least 45-50 days prior to the planned departure date.
• All passengers (families) must carry 01 kitchen bag per family which shall be handed over at Mumbai airport, to be checked in & collected from baggage carousel at destination and hand over to the tour leader upon arrival.
• Indian vegetarian meals are requested in the group bookings for flight portion, in case if Jain meals are required, please let our sales executive know for the same during booking.

• Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out.
• During your travel drinking water in South Africa is safe to drink and cook when taken from taps this is announced by The Department of Water Affairs and Forestry, South Africa. You may drink tap water in the room and refill the bottle in case if you carry one.
• TravelTies is Not Responsible for any theft during the Tour in the Hotels, sightseeing’s, coach etc. However, passengers must take care of their personal belongings.
• Any service from hotels, airlines, visas, coach, cruise etc. is not a responsibility of Travel Ties, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case if visas refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees & charges must be paid by the clients.
• For/If any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.
• Itinerary / Hotel / Route is subject to vice-e-versa changes. Your final itinerary will be as per the flight schedule and booklet provided to you 7 days prior dept.
• Johannesburg & area is not one of safest to walk or move around by yourself. However, if we are staying at the Emperors Palace (Metcourt Suites) campus it’s safe to walk around hotel lobby & surrounding hotel premises. It is suggested to check with hotel security to move around hotel area.
• TRAVELTIES Is Not Responsible for Delay or Deficiency in Service by Inbound Agency, Airline, Transport, Hotel and Provider of Service, or any Act or Action of CO-TRAVELLER, CO-PAX which may Result in not Availing any Service on Tour.
• For Optional Activities: If Weather does not permit then TRAVELTIES will not be Responsible. In case you wish to do any Optional Activities, our Coach Will not be Available. Our Tour Manager will help you to arrange the Transport.
• There are no refunds for voluntary exit or of unused service or attraction. However, if due to weather any of the following activity is not done, the following refund will be provided in Mumbai office upon tour completion.
  • Helicopter Ride :- INR 1,000 per Adult / INR 750 per child. (No Infants)
  • Quad Biking :- INR 800 Per Adult / INR 500 (5 and above till 12)
  • Table Mountain :- INR 800 per adult / INR 600 per child (2-12)
  • ZIP Line :- INR 1000 per adult / INR 700 per child (4-12)
