DAY 1

MUMBAI – SINGAPORE – AUCKLAND (OVERNIGHT FLIGHT)

Assemble at T2 terminal to meet our group and board your flight for Auckland via Singapore.
Fresh breakfast will be served at the airport compliments only of TravelTies.
On arrival in Singapore, we shall proceed to board our overnight connecting flight to Auckland, New Zealand.

DAY 2

ARRIVE AUCKLAND – NORTH ISLAND BEGINS

KIO ARA!!!! Welcome to New Zealand.

Upon arrival in Auckland Airport, proceed to clear customs and immigration.
Upon clearance, board your luxurious coach to check into Hotel Grand Millennium or similar. (Packed Lunch / Indian Lunch in Restaurant will be provided depending on arrival time.)
We shall proceed to visit Sky Tower which is the biggest Tower in Southern Hemisphere standing tall at 328 mtrs. Proceed to the observation Deck to get the full city view of Auckland.
Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by Chef in the hotel and spend overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3

AUCKLAND – ROTORUA (236 KMS – 3.5 HRS DRIVE)

After breakfast at hotel, we shall check out and continue towards Auckland city and its tour by visiting of Harbour Bridge, Viaduct Waterfront, Tamaki Drive, Savage Point, Parnell Rose Park, Auckland Domain, and Gardens and Enjoy picnic lunch.
Post lunch proceed to Rotorua via Waitomo Glow-worm Caves. Enjoy the world-famous boat ride under thousands of magical glow-worms A beautiful sight not to be missed at all.
Later, we shall continue to Rotorua and check into the Hotel Distinction Rotorua or similar.
In evening, prior to dinner Enjoy Polynesian Spa – Enjoy the Adult Pools & Priest Spa.

DAY 4

ROTORUA

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for the 8-10 mins Float Plane Ride by the Lake Rotorua. (Depending on weather conditions the schedule may vary for the day)
We shall visit various sites for a full day sightseeing tour starting with Te Puia where you will see the biggest geysers in Rotorua and also largest active one in Southern Hemisphere.
En Route Enjoy Beautiful Skyline Gondola with 2 luge rides – the largest luge track in Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy a picnic lunch.
Agrodome Sheep Show where you can see 19 different types of sheep and enjoy this interactive show that will tickle your bone. Visit for optional activities to Velocity Valley or OGO Zorb – such as the Bungee Swing, Swoop, Free Fall Extreme and more.
Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by our own Chef in the hotel and spend overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5

ROTORUA – WELLINGTON (475 KMS – 8 HRS)

After early morning breakfast at hotel we proceed towards Wellington. En-route enjoy Picnic Lunch cooked by chef.
Due to the long scenic drive, upon arrival, we shall check into the Hotel Copthorne Waterfront or similar.
Enjoy Indian dinner in Restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6

WELLINGTON

After breakfast at hotel, we shall proceed for a City tour which includes View New Zealand’s Parliament Buildings and Beehive, hop off to visit Old Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Wander the Wellington Botanic Gardens, Ride the historic Wellington Cable Car, get out and feel the breeze at the top of Mount Victoria loads of photo opportunities in Wellington and surrounds.
Post picnic Lunch, we shall continue with visit for a guided tour to the Te Papa – National Museum of New Zealand and enjoy some free time for leisure for shopping down the Lambton Quay area.
Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by our own Chef in the hotel and spend overnight at the hotel.

DAY 7

WELLINGTON – QUEENSTOWN (1.15 HRS FLIGHT) – SOUTH ISLAND BEGINS

After breakfast at hotel, check out and we shall say goodbye to North Island as we proceed to Wellington Airport to board our flight for Queenstown – South Island of New Zealand.
Upon arrival, (depending upon arrival time, itinerary shall vary) enjoy our 30 mins Jet boat Ride experience and lunch will be served in an Indian restaurant.
Later we shall proceed to City Tourof Arrow Town, Enjoy the Lake District Museum or Chinese Miners’ Settlement. (Admission at own expenses)
Rest of the evening is free to explore beautiful Queenstown on your own by walk.
Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by our own chef in hotel and spend overnight at Hotel Novotel Lakeside. (Lake view rooms available on payable upgrades subject to availability.)

DAY 8

QUEENSTOWN

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for Lake Wanaka it is New Zealand’s fourth largest lake, and estimated to be more than 300 m deep. Evening return to Queenstown via Mrs Jones Fruit Stall for some Jam and Chocolate Shopping back home.
Enjoy the famous Puzzling world –Attraction featuring a multi-level outdoor maze, optical illusion rooms & a cafe with table puzzles.
Also stop at the famous AJ Hackett Bungee Bridge: (Experience the thrill of bungee either as a watcher or maybe even a jumper. Bungee Jump at own expenses.)

DAY 9

QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUND – QUEENSTOWN

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for Milford sound for the scenic cruise. Start an early journey across the Southern Alps and travel deep into the Homer Tunnel, a 1.2km tunnel drilled through solid rock. Uncover Eglin ton Valley, a place of ancient alpine forest and gushing waterfalls, take photos of the stunning Mirror Lakes, then walk across The Chasm. Board your 1 3/4 hour Scenic Cruise. See the wonders of Mitre Peak, glacier-scarred rock walls and waterfalls. Lunch on cruise cooked by our own chef.

DAY 10

QUEENSTOWN

After breakfast at hotel, rest of the day is free for families to shop and for teenagers to enjoy all other optional activities such para gliding, river rafting, Nevis swing, Sky diving etc.
Enjoy picnic lunch and the beauty of Queenstown.
Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by our own chef in the hotel and spend overnight at the Hotel.

DAY 11

QUEENSTOWN – CHRISTCHURCH (550 KMS – 7 HRS DRIVE)

After breakfast at hotel, we shall check out and proceed for Christchurch. En route also visit Lake Pukaki – for a scenic view of Mt cook and Lake Tekapo. (Photo stops).
Enjoy 20 mins Helicopter Ride with snow landing (weather Permitting) on this day from Glen tanner base. (for bad weather refund will be provided by T/L / Mumbai Office)
We shall enjoy Picnic Lunch.
On arrival proceed to Hotel Distinction Christchurch or similar.
Enjoy dinner in Indian Restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

DAY 12

CHRISTCHURCH

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed towards Christchurch city tour – the largest city of New Zealand in South Island affected by 2011 earthquake. Also know the as the Garden City.
Visit The International Antarctic Centre where you get a chance to witness a Storm Room which goes to -20 Degrees. Enjoy optional 4D show and Hagglund Ride.
Enjoy eautiful Gondola Ride here as well. Some freetime for shopping at the famous Westfield Mall.
Enjoy Indian dinner cooked by our own chef in the hotel and spend overnight at the hotel.

DAY 13

CHRISTCHURCH – SINGAPORE – MUMBAI

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for Christchurch International Airport check in for your flight boarding to Mumbai VIA Singapore.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Payments shall be favouring Travel Ties as per below:

Deposit amount paid shall be Non-Refundable.
Cheque shall be drawn on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
Forex portion to be paid 35 days prior to the date of departure.

Important Information for the Trip

There will be Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers must handle their own luggage on Trolley. Domestically trolleys are chargeable and not free of cost.
New Zealand is majorly cash-free and widely accepts credit / debit cards. Please ensure to hold an international working Credit / Debit card for local purchases shopping. Cash will be mainly accepted at optional activities sites.
Everyday morning American breakfast along with our Indian breakfast consisting of 1-2 hot items along with Khakhras, Masala Tea, Masala Milk and Sukha Nasta will be served (subject to hotels permission). Lunch will be consisting of salad, pickles, Mithai, Parathas / Puri, 2-3 Vegetables, Daal / Curd / Kadhi, Rice / Biryani, Soft Drinks / Chaas or even Pizza and Pasta Menu & will be served in picnic areas. Dinners we shall enjoy in Indian Restaurant cooked by our own Indian Chef.
Passengers having excess baggage apart from allowed baggage limit, in check-in baggage, are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities.
The temperature in New Zealand ranges from 5 to 15 Degrees. Winter clothing, thermal, warm jacket is recommended to be carried.
All Passengers will have to Carry One Kitchen Bag per person. For our Kitchen from Mumbai International Airport and on Arrival at The Final Destination Airport They Will Have to Remove It from The Baggage Claim Area and get it till the Coach.
Tap water is Safe in New Zealand and are requested to carry empty bottles for water consumption during the day apart from provided during meals.
All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 25 Days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out.
Any service from hotels, airlines, visas, coach, cruise etc. is not a responsibility of Travel Ties, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case if visas refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees & charges must be paid by the clients.
For/if any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.
TRAVELTIES Is Not Responsible for Delay or Deficiency in Service by Inbound Agency, Airline, Transport, Hotel and Provider of Service, or any Act or Action of CO-TRAVELLER, CO-PAX which may Result in not Availing any Service on Tour.
For Optional Activities: If Weather does not permit then TRAVELTIES will not be Responsible. In case you wish to do any Optional Activities, our Coach Will not be Available. Our Tour Manager will help you to arrange the Transport for the Optional Activity Place. (WITH EXTRA OPTIONAL COST).
Float Plane ride and Helicopter Ride are included in the tour cost with snow / alpine landing, in case if the weather is unfavourable this activity may be cancelled by the operating companies, moreover its up-to-the pilot’s discretion to conduct snow landing / alpine landing, and the same may be decided on the day of flying. By any circumstances, if these rides are not operating due to bad weather conditions or natural calamities NZD 65 per Adult and NZD 40 per Child and Helicopter Ride with Snow Landing in Mt Cook region NZD 125 per Adult and NZD 80 per will be refunded only in Mumbai Office. Voluntary absence from the ride, no refund shall be provided for the same.
