Introduction

  • Assemble at Terminal 2 for your flight to Lisbon.
  • Enjoy an Indian meal box, courtesy of TravelTies.
  • On arrival into Portugal, after clearing customs and immigration, we shall enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant.
  • Post lunch check into Hotel. (International Hotel standard check in time is 15.00 hrs)
  • Later take a city tour of Lisbon, including a visit to Jerónimos Monastery.

  • Continue the city tour with visit to University, Old Tobacco Factory, Plaza de España, bullring façade, and Triana Bridge. Enjoy some free time for a packed lunch.

  • Driving through picturesque villages of the province, we reach the outstanding Montserrat, situated at an altitude of 1,235 m. Montserrat is a mountain, a monument, and a sanctuary, dated in the XII century. Leave the bus at the feet of the mountain and reach the monastery by mountain train. Once at the top, visit the basilica, shops. A 360º view of the area reaching from the city.
  • Enjoy some free time for a packed lunch. Return to Barcelona.

2. First, we request for each Passenger’s valid Passport Copy to confirm the booking.

3. Next, a non-refundable booking amount is required to secure your reservation.

4. Please note that the balance payment remains due 25 days before the selected departure date, irrespective of the status of the visa application – whether approved, under process, or not yet submitted.

Important Information For the Trip
  • Passengers carrying excess baggage of more than 20 Kgs check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. Hand luggage of 07 Kgs per person is allowed.
  • All passengers must carry 01 kitchen (18 kgs) bag per couple which shall be handed over at Mumbai airport, to be checked in & collected at destination and hand over to the tour leader upon arrival.
  • The temperature in Europe during May will be between 18 to 27 degrees.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid locally in the respective local currency (EURO). Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
  • In Europe Hotel Room sizes are small as well as far from the city center with no additional amenities like kettle, telephone etc.
  • An extra bed or triple occupant requested in same room will be Roll-Away bed depending on hotel.
  • Since we are covering different countries by Road compared to other destinations; in Europe journey in coach will be comparatively more.
  • Drivers must follow EU Rules and Regulations and cannot exceed their driving hours, so passengers must follow instructions for the timings given by the Tour Leader.
  • Limited varieties of Breakfast will be served by the hotel, however wherever possible we will try to provide additional Indian dish along with Masala Tea subject to Hotel Permission.
  • Tap Water is safe to drink so it is advisable to carry empty bottle from India.
  • All meals arranged in Europe are Indian Vegetarian; If you wish to try different cuisines you can have on your own and No reduction will be given on any unutilized meals.
  • All hotels might not have Tea/Coffee making machines in room. Please carry your own portable kettles.
  • There is No Porterage Facility at the Airport / Hotel, hence, it is advisable to carry a lightweight bag with wheels.
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc. is not a responsibility of TravelTies, hotels/airlines may change due to availability, and alternate similar service will be provided.
  • In Europe, most tours require a reasonable level of fitness to be able to walk on sightseeing trips, navigate along uneven ground and should be able to walk unaided for up to 2-5 kms. A satisfactory level of fitness is essential for you to undertake walks in hot conditions and over terrain with uneven and slippery surfaces.
  • It is passengers’ responsibility to carry any medication required for the tour’s duration and consult your local medical practitioner for any health advice.

  • Driver / Coach guide & tour leader shall make decisions for all activities / sightseeing planned considering all the coordination as per laws. Coach is not available for individual optional activities.
