Your Itinerary

MUMBAI – TOKYO                                              

  • Assemble at Mumbai Chattrapati Shivaji International Airport (T2 Terminal) for your flight departing towards Tokyo.
  • Packed meal will be provided with compliments of TravelTies.
  • Spend overnight in the flight.

HANEDA-ITAMI -KOBE                                     

  • Arrive Narita Airport, clear customs and transfer by coach to Haneda Airport to board the domestic for Itami Airport to (50 kms – 1 hr drive)
  • Later we proceed to Hotel Kobe Merikan Park Oriental or similar for check in.
  • Enjoy view of Kobe Harbour.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Kobe.

KOBE – OSAKA – KOBE                                                  

  • Post breakfast, we visit to Kobe Earth Quake Museum.
  • Later we proceed to enjoy Mt Rokko Cable car (1 way).
  • After lunch we proceed to Osaka (Distance 35 Kms – 30 Mins) for a sightseeing that includes a visit to 17th-century Osaka Castle (rebuilt after World War II).
  • Also, see Tempozan Harbour Village on Osaka Bay, where the Kaiyukan Aquarium.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Kobe.

KOBE – HIROSHIMA – KOBE (BULLET TRAIN)          

  • Today after early breakfast proceed for Hiroshima by Bullet Train Return Journey.
  • On arrival board your coach from the station and proceed to the Peace Memorial Park and Peace Memorial Museum, dedicated to the legacy of Hiroshima as the first city in the world to suffer a nuclear attack.
  • See Cenotaph, Sadako Monument and A-Bomb Dome.
  • Later we proceed to Miyajima Island Water Temple and explore the island by a walking Tour. 
  • Later in the evening we return back to Kobe by Bullet Train.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Kobe.

KOBE – NARA – KYOTO                                                    

  • Today we proceed to Nara. Here we visit the famous Todai-ji, The Giant Buddha Temple & Nara Deer Park. The temple has a 500-ton sculpture of the Buddha, best known in Japan as the Nara Daibutsu, which is the largest bronze statue in the world, housed in the largest wooden building in the world. Later we check in at Prince Hotel Kyoto Autograph Collection or similar.
  • After lunch we enjoy the local Japanese Kimono show.
  • Enjoy Dinner in Indian Restaurant and overnight at Hotel in Kyoto.

KYOTO

  • After Breakfast we proceed for the famous Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion), originally built in 1394. The present structure covered with gold leaf is a replica of the original which was destroyed in 1955.
  • After lunch we proceed for the famous Kiyomizu dera Temple. The site is famous for its impressive viewing platform, three-storey Koyasu pagoda and the medicinal pure waters of the Otowa Spring. Evening free at Geisha District.
  • Dinner in Indian restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Kyoto.

KYOTO – TOKYO (BULLET TRAIN)                               

  • After breakfast we transfer to Kyoto Station to Board Bullet Train to Tokyo.
  • Arrive Tokyo and free time at Odaiba, we see Statue of Liberty and Mega Web.
  • Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later we enjoy Sumida river cruise.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Tokyo.

TOKYO – NIKKO – TOKYO (DAY TRIP)                       

  • After having morning breakfast, proceed to Nikko by coach.
  • On arrival in Nikko we see the famous Kegon Falls.
  • Pack/Picnic lunch from Local Restaurant.
  • Later we proceed for Edo Wonderland. On completion we proceed back to Tokyo
  • Enjoy dinner in Tokyo Indian restaurant, later proceed to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.

TOKYO                                                                              

  • After morning breakfast, start your day at the orange and white-striped Tokyo Sky Tree. Ascend the thousand-foot steel structure for panoramic views of the city.
  • Next, pass under a giant red lantern to enter the Buddhist Asakusa Kannon temple. Legend has it that in the seventh century two fishermen discovered a statue of Kannon, the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, in their nets. The temple was built to house the statue, which is supposedly buried underneath. Later enjoy Taiko Drum Museum.
  • Later enjoy shopping at Nakamise street.
  • Dinner in Indian restaurant. Overnight at Hotel in Tokyo

TOKYO – MT FUJI – LAKE HAKONE                             

  • After breakfast we check out and drive (150 Kms – 3 Hrs by Coach) halfway up Japan’s highest mountain to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters (5th Station Weather Permitting)
  • Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
  • Afternoon, proceed to Gotembe Peace Park & Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi. Hakone is part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, less than 100 kilometres from Tokyo famous for hot springs, outdoor activities, natural beauty and the view of nearby Mt. Fuji. Later we check in Hotel Odawara Tenseien annex.
  • Enjoy Dinner at Hotel. Overnight at Odawara Hotel.

ODAWARA – NAGANO                                                 

  • After breakfast proceed to Nagano Sightseeing of Zenko Ji Temple.
  • Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
  • Later we proceed to see Snow Monkey. Transfer to Hotel & Check in.
  • Dinner at Hotel. Overnight at Nagano.

NAGANO – ALPINE ROUTE – TATEYAMA       -TOYOMA     

  • After breakfast we proceed to Alpine Route (6 Hrs).
  • We head to Ougisawa Station. From Ougisawa to Kurobe Dam by Tunnel Trolley Bus.
  • Kurobe Lake to Kurobe Daira by Cable Car Kurobe Daira to Daikan Bou by Ropeway.
  • Japanese lunch at Local Restaurant.
  • Daikan Bou to Murudo by Trolley Bus. Murudo to Bijodaira by Highland Local Bus (Snowy Valley). Bijodaira to Tateyama station by Cable car.
  • We take our coach from Tateyama station, Transfer to Toyama. for dinner Indian Restaurant.
  • Later check in at hotel. Overnight at Toyoma.

TATEYAMA – NAGOYA                                          

  • After breakfast we proceed for Nagoya.
  • Later we continue towards Shirakawa Go Village Tour.
  • Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later check in at Hotel.
  • Dinner at Local Restaurant. Overnight at Nagoya.

NAGOYA-NARITA (BULLET TRAIN)                                             

  • After breakfast we check out and proceed for Nagoya sightseeing tour.
  • Later we visit Nagoya Castle.
  • Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later we proceed to Nagoya railway station to catch our bullet train to Tokyo. Later check in at Narita Hotel.
  • Dinner at Local Restaurant. Overnight at Narita.

NARITA AIRPORT – MUMBAI                               

  • After breakfast we proceed to Narita Airport to board flight for Mumbai.
  • Tour ends on arrival with Happy Memories of Blooming Japan.

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  1. Mandatory GST 5% and TCS 5% will be applicable on the tour cost.
  2. All Items of Personal Nature Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary.
  3. Purchase of BTQ & Excess Baggage Charges shall be borne by the passenger themselves.
  4. Optional Activities apart from those mentioned within the itinerary needs to be paid direct.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments shall be favouringTravel Ties” as per below:

  1. Deposit amount paid shall be Non-Refundable.
  2. Cheque shall be drawn on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
  3. Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
  4. Forex portion to be paid 35 days prior to the date of departure.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

90 Days Prior Departure 10% of the Tour Cost

60 Days Prior Departure 25% of the Tour Cost

45 Days Prior Departure 50% of the Tour Cost

30 Days Prior Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

  • Passengers are requested to carry their own bottles in order to refill from anywhere in Japan as the tap water is very safe to consume.
  • There will be no Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Hotels and at the airport where the passengers have to handle their own luggage.
  • Everyday morning American breakfast (as per Hotel Menu) along with our Indian breakfast consisting of one hot item along with Khakhras, Masala Tea (Ready Made), (subject to hotels permission). Lunch & Dinners will be will be served in Indian Restaurants.
  • Passengers having excess baggage check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities.
  • The temperature in Japan during March & April averages to 15 to 20 degrees. One jacket/sweater & Umbrella/Windcheater will be recommended for this kind of weather. Heavy warm clothing is not required.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency. (Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
  • All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 20 Days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before checking out.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc. is not a responsibility of Travel Ties, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case if visas refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees & charges have to be paid by the clients.
  • For/If any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.
  • Clients should be punctual on the tour, our friendly tour leaders shall wait till specific given time, in case if the passengers are late they will have to make their own way to the next stop.
