Your Itinerary

DAY 1

MUMBAI –TOKYO (Overnight Flight)

  • Assemble at Mumbai Chattrapati Shivaji International Airport-Terminal 2, for your flight departing towards Tokyo. Packed Meal Box will be provided with compliments of TravelTies.
  • Spend overnight in the flight.

DAY 2

ARRIVE TOKYO                                

  •  Arrive Tokyo Narita Airport in the Morning. After clearing customs and immigration proceed to board your coach to Tokyo City which is approx. 1 Hour drive and visit Shinjuku Garden & Shibuya Crossing.
  • After Lunch proceed for Honda Welcome Plaza Aoyama.
  • Rest of the day is free for leisure. Later check into Hotel Grand Prince Shin Takanawa or similar.
  • Enjoy Dinner in Indian Restaurant. Spend overnight at the hotel.

(All hotels in Japan have a strict policy for Group check in. Rooms are only available at 1500 Hrs. for Group Check in.)

DAY 3

TOKYO                                                                                   

  • After morning breakfast, start your day with Chidoriga Fuchi Moat (Cherry Blossom Spot) and then to Ueno Park, Imperial Palace (Photo Shop) and white-striped Sky Tree Tower. Ascend the thousand-foot steel structure for panoramic views of the city.
  • In the afternoon after Lunch proceed for the famous Asakusa Temple legend has it that in the seventh century two fishermen discovered a statue of Kannon, the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, in their nets. The temple was built to house the statue, which is supposedly buried underneath and then to Nakamise Shopping Street.
  • Free time for Shopping at 100 Yen Shop.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant and overnight at hotel.

DAY 4

TOKYO                                                                                   

  • After Breakfast drive by Rainbow Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. Also visit to the 3D team lab for a spectacular show.
  • After lunch proceed for a cruise over the Sumida River to the “old town” of Tokyo and then free time for Shopping at Ginza for clothing’s and Akhiabara for electronics items.
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant and overnight at hotel.

DAY 5

TOKYO – MT FUJI – LAKE HAKONE                                  

  • After breakfast drive (150 kms – 3 Hrs by Coach) halfway up Japan’s highest mountain Mt. Fuji to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters which is 5th Station (Weather Permits)
  • After lunch, proceed to Hakone and enjoy Hakone Ropeway and then for a cruise on Lake Ashi. Hakone is part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, Evening visit to a natural hot spring in the hotel.
  • Later we proceed to check in at Hotel Oiso Prince or similar.
  • Enjoy Indian Dinner Restaurant and spend Overnight in hotel.

DAY 6

LAKE HAKONE – NAGOYA                                                 

  • After Breakfast check out and proceed to Nagoya by coach and on arrival visit Nagoya city and then visit to famous Toyota Car Museum.
  • After lunch visit SC Maglev Train Museum where you will witness the making of the world-famous Bullet Train. Post lunch, we check in to the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower or similar.
  • Later Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.

DAY 7

NAGOYA – KYOTO                                                              

  • After Breakfast check out and we proceed Kyoto by coach we proceed for Nijo Castle. Later we take you to a Nishijin Kimono fashion show. See some of the fine creation of Japanese weaving.
  • After lunch proceed towards Japanese famous green tea ceremony.
  • Later spend some free time at Gion Corner Area where you see the old architecture of Japan and the famous Geisha Later check into The Prince hotel Kyoto Autograph Collection or similar.
  • Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.

DAY 8

KYOTO                                                                                   

  • After Breakfast we proceed for Fushimi Inari Taisha where you will witness the Cherry Blossom and later, we proceed for Arashiyama bamboo forest.
  • Later after lunch, where we visit the famous Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), originally built in 1394. The present structure covered with gold leaf is a replica of the original which was destroyed in 1955.
  • Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel in Kyoto.

DAY 9

KYOTO – OSAKA – KOBE                                                    

  • Post breakfast proceed to Osaka (Distance 56 Kms – 1 hr Mins) for a full day of sightseeing that includes a visit to 17th-century Osaka Castle (Cherry blossom spot) and enjoy the famous Osaka Ferry Wheel.
  • Later we proceed for lunch and then Kaiyukan Aquarium and Umeda Sky Tower.
  • Later free time for shopping at Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori. (Time Permitting)
  • Later we check into our Hotel Kobe Merikan Park Oriental Hotel or similar
  • Dinner in Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.

DAY 10

KOBE – HIROSHIMA (BULLET TRAIN) – KOBE               

  • Today after early breakfast proceed for Hiroshima by Bullet Train.
  • On arrival board your coach from the station & proceed to the Peace Memorial Park and Peace Memorial Museum, dedicated to the legacy of Hiroshima as the first city in the world to suffer a nuclear attack.
  • See Cenotaph, Sadako Monument and Atomic Dome.
  • Later we proceed to Miyajima Island (by ferry). Upon reaching, explore the Water Temple by the walking tour.
  • Dinner in Indian restaurant spend overnight at hotel.

DAY 11

KOBE – NARA – KYOTO-NARITA                                      

  • After Breakfast we check out from hotel and proceed to the famous Earth Quake Museum where you will see destruction happened in Kobe during On January 17, 1995 at 5:46 am.
  • After lunch proceed to the Nara city tour where we visit the famous Todai-ji Temple, The Giant Buddha Temple and to Deer Park.
  • Later we proceed to Kyoto Railway station for your bullet train to Narita.
  • Enjoy Dinner in Indian Restaurant and overnight at Hotel in Narita.

DAY 12

NARITA-MUMBAI                                                   

  • After having breakfast, we proceed to the Airport to take a flight to Mumbai.
  • Return Home with blooming memories of Japan!!!

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  1. Mandatory GST 5% and TCS 5% will be applicable on the tour cost.
  2. All Items of Personal Nature Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary.
  3. Purchase of BTQ & Excess Baggage Charges shall be borne by the passenger themselves.
  4. Optional Activities apart from those mentioned within the itinerary needs to be paid direct.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments shall be favouring “Travel Ties” as per below:

  1. Deposit amount paid shall be Non-Refundable.
  2. Cheque shall be drawn on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
  3. Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
  4. Forex portion to be paid 35 days prior to the date of departure.

90 Days Prior Departure 10% of the Tour Cost

60 Days Prior Departure 25% of the Tour Cost

45 Days Prior Departure 50% of the Tour Cost

30 Days Prior Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

Important Information for the Trip

  • Passengers are requested to carry their own bottles to refill from anywhere in Japan as the tap water is very safe to consume.
  • There will be NO Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels & at the airport where the passengers must handle their own luggage.
  • Everyday morning American breakfast (as per Hotel Menu) along with Khakhra and dry snacks (subject to hotels permission). Lunch & Dinners will be will be served in Indian Restaurants.
  • Passengers having excess baggage check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities.
  • All hotels in Japan have a strict policy for Group check in. Rooms are only available at 1500 Hrs. for Group Check-in. Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency. (Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out.
  • Rooms next to each other is not guaranteed. It is the hotel who shall allot the rooms.
  • Sport Shoes is required for your full journey as in Japan we must walk a lot on sightseeing’s.
  • Dinners at the restaurant shall be at 07:00/07:30 PM daily.
  • All Items of personal natures Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary are to be paid by an individual.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc is not a responsibility of Travel Ties, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case if visas refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees & charges must be paid by the clients.
  • For/If any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours.
  • Please Note our daily schedule start between 8.30 am / 9 am and shall return to hotel after dinner. Our coach will be strictly used for 11 hours a day due to Japan Driving policy.
